PENSA is led by a consulting duo with a shared passion for growing businesses with clarity and purpose.

Kefas brings over 10+ years of experience in business development and consulting, ranging from multinational companies to one of Surabaya’s biggest consulting firms. Felicia brings a strong background in operations and marketing, having served as COO of a local brand before moving into business consulting. Together, they support SMEs (UMKM) and family businesses through strategic, structured, and owner-aligned guidance.
